One one of the largest towns in Cambridgeshire (located 18 miles west of Cambridge) St.Neots has population of around 30,000, and continues to grow year on year. The centrepiece of the Town is the old Market Square, which hosts fortnightly farmers markets, seasonal events, and is surrounded by fine Georgian buildings and a good choice of restaurants and pubs.

St Neots has a wealth of leisure activities on its doorstep, both indoor and out. For messing about on the water there’s a well-represented rowing club, 2 marinas and nearby Wyboston Lakes, which offers a multitude of adrenalin focused water sports.

Back on land, St Neots has plenty of greenery across 2 charming parks (Riverside and Priory), 3 golf courses and the Common, home of the Town’s Rugby, Cricket and Table Tennis Clubs. St Neots Town FC also has a strong following as it pushes for promotions through non-league football.

The operatic society, the St Neots Players, stages regular productions at the Priory Centre throughout the year.

A major pull for people moving relocating to St Neots is the connectivity. Located just off the A1 and a few miles from the A14, by car both London and Birmingham are just an hour drive away; whilst Cambridge, Bedford, Milton Keynes and Peterborough are under a 30 minute drive.

St Neots train station is on the London-Edinburgh East Coast Mainline. For commuters to London, St Neots is very popular – providing 4 trains an hour, which take 40 minutes during morning and evening rush hour (53mins at other times).

There are plenty of local and regional bus services in operation, the most popular being the X5, which operates a route between Cambridge and Oxford.

The nearest airports are London Luton and London Stansted, both a 40 minute drive. Birmingham and East Midlands airports can also be reached in just over an hour.
