Dedicated Property Manager

 We understand that communication is vital in this industry. Our Lettings Team are set up to ensure you will have one main point of contact during the period of a tenancy. Your dedicated Property Manager will be introduced to you when you join us. They will be your go-to person, regardless of whether it is an accounts, tenant, maintenance or advertising query.

In-Depth Referencing Checks

We want to achieve the best price for your property. However, we have also been doing this job long enough to know that equally important is finding the right tenant. As such, we undertake extensive referencing using our partner agency Homelet to ensure we have done all we can to match your property with an appropriate tenant.

We have a fair and transparent fee structure. There are no hidden charges for landlords or tenants. All our fees are listed on the separate ‘Fee’s’ page.

Photography + Videography

Quality photography and video are possibly *the* of the most important factors in marketing your property, and we ensure that every property looks its absolute best. Our carefully composed images capture the character of your home, enhancing key features to attract your buyer’s interest.
