Amy Payton is our Property Maintenance Administrator, and keeps the wheels of our maintenace department running smoothly! From St Neots, Amy is dedicated to ensuring our operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently every day.

Keeping it in the family, Tim is the son of founders Sue and Terry, and has been Managing Director since 2017. Tim has years of experience in bricks and mortar, previously working with a large housing association on the transformation of the Olympic Athletes Village in Stratford, developing it into a new residential community.

This knowledge has enabled Lovett’s to develop into a multi-faceted residential agency over the past few years, and will continue to do so.

Born, bred and educated in St.Neots, Graham completely personifies the ‘Lovett Way’ of Estate Agency. No hard-sell, no hot-air – just honesty, integrity and professionalism.

Having set up his own Letting Agency aged 20, he then joined us at Lovett’s in 1994, and has never looked back (we don’t think?)! With bags and bags of experience, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a more honest, knowledgeable Lettings expert.

A strong Sales Director is key to any Estate Agency, and in David we certainly have that. After joining us as a Negotiator in 2006, David has amassed vast knowledge and experience of the industry and now drives this side of the business forward, with a strong emphasis on quality customer service.

With 30+ years of accounts experience, Hilary is proper numbers bod! Having worked for almost a decade in the residential lettings industry, our Hils bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our Team.

A St.Neots native, Janeen has lived in St Neots for over 40 years with her family, having previously worked in the legal field at a local Solicitors firm.  She loves a bit of crafting and gardening – and uses that attention to detail in dealing with tenancy complexities!

Lisa works closely across a number of our teams, supporting the work of both tenancy renewals and accounts.

Another staff member who is St.Neots through and through – Lisa’s knowledge of the local area is a great plus for us as a company, and our clients alike.

Having grown up in Hertfordshire, Emma moved to St.Neots in 2007 and has found it impossible to leave. A key member of our Lettings Team – Emma loves her job of finding people their dream homes to move into!

Audrey is our Lettings Co-ordinator and the backbone of our lettings department. From undertaking inventories and check-outs, to navigating complex compliance, Audrey ensures the entire rental process is seamless, structured, and stress-free for landlords and tenants alike.

Alex is our Sales Negotiator, dedicated to helping clients navigate the market and secure the best possible results. With a sharp instinct for property trends and a commitment to seamless transactions, he works tirelessly to connect people with their perfect properties.

Cheriee serves as our Property Inspector, ensuring our portfolio meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and comfort. Originally from St Neots, she brings years of valuable industry experience to every property she visits.
