The Lovett Story

The Early Years...

You have to go all the way back to 1975 when a young Terry Lovett first put on his shiny black shoes and white socks, to start a fledgling career as a Junior Negotiator with a local St.Neots agent at the time.

Little did Terry know that this would be the start of a Lovett Property Dynasty!

The 80’s and early 90’s saw Terry and his Wife Sue open their own agency, going on to help thousands of people buy and sell in St.Neots, in the process.

Handing over the reigns

In 1996 the Lovett’s branched out into property management, and sought to professionalise a once down-trodden sector of the residential market. Since then, this side of the business has grown beyond recognition, with the company now responsible for the letting/management of almost 1,000 homes locally. Lovett’s still remains family-owned today. With Terry and Sue stepping aside in 2015, their Son Tim took the helm, and has been running a tight ship ever since! The Lovett Team are very proud of their reputation for honesty, integrity, knowledge and experience which has been built over the past 40 years.

Today we have a dedicated team of 12 working across our sales and lettings divisions, from our offices on the Market Square, St.Neots. With a managed portfolio of over 800 properties, we are today the leading independent lettings agent in our area.

Meanwhile our sales team continues to grow, consistently providing an exemplary service to vendors and buyers throughout the home-moving process.
